OrigaMIT Meeting Fall 2011

September 18th, 2011
Meeting Announcement

Date: Sunday, September 18th
Room: W20-491 MIT Student Center
Time: 3pm-5pm

This week we will be teaching the classic and famous dragon by Robert Neale. This is one of my favorite models because it can be made quickly and simply, yet looks quite impressive.

In response to last week's numbers, we have arranged for the room to accommodate up to 70 people, so bring friends! We will also be opening our library back up for borrowing.

As always, paper will be provided with access to a substantial origami book library! Come learn to fold something!

Meeting Minutes

The origami library is now open for business!

At our second meeting, we folded Robert Neale's classic dragon and it turned out awesomely for everyone (even people who had never folded a crane!).

Jason hyped up the mini-convention which will likely take place on Saturday, Nov. 19th (weekend after Veteran's day weekend). Lots of excitement surrounding the event and the OrigaMIT t-shirts!
