Visit to the Peabody School Math Club

Sara and YQ went down to the Peabody School to introduce origami to the math club!
The students loved our presentation where we showcased various contemporary origami models, including Satoshi Kamiya's ancient dragon, Robert Lang's Black Forest Cuckoo Clock and Chris Palmer's Flower Tower. We then broke up into small groups and folded together the Makotokoma, a modular spinning top designed by Makoto Yamaguchi. It was great fun - thanks to the Peabody School for inviting us!
